The rules say that the incumbent is entitled to a stipend while they are being trained.
Those who are chosen for the position of Senior Assistant (Electronics) will have to sign a bond promising to work for the Airports Authority of India for 3 years after they have finished their training. Airports Authority of India (AAI) rules say that the bond amount can be taken back if someone quits training in the middle of it or leaves before three years have passed from the date they were sent to a station.
