रेल कौशल विकास योजना भारत के 10वीं पास युवाओं को उनकी रोजगार क्षमता और उद्यमिता बढ़ाने के लिए विभिन्न व्यवसायों में तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए एक कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम है। देशभर के योग्य युवाओं को रेलवे प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में नि:शुल्क प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। इसलिए 18-35 वर्ष की आयु सीमा के बीच कोई भी मैट्रिक उत्तीर्ण छात्र ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन प्रशिक्षण के लिए चयन और आवेदन कर सकता है। प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद प्रमाण पत्र भी प्रदान किया जाएगा।
