IARI Assistant 2022 : Selection Process
The qualified applicants will be selected based on a three-stage selection procedure consisting of Preliminaries, Mains, and a Skill Test, which will be administered by the test authority and for which the syllabus and exam format are supplied below. The applicants shortlisted in the Preliminaries and Mains will be summoned for a Skill Test (Computer Proficiency Test).
The minimal qualifying marks for the Preliminary and Main Examinations are as follows:
- UR : 30%
- OBC/ EWS : 25%
- SC/ST/Divyang : 20%

IARI Assistant 2022 : Exam Pattern (Prelims)
- In the IARI Assistant Preliminary Exam, there will be 100 MCQ worth 2 points each.
- Each wrong response will result in a negative 1/3 mark deduction.
- Each segment contains 25 questions.
- The duration of the preliminary examination is one hour, whereas the period for scribe applicants is 1 hour and 20 minutes.

- IARI Assistant Mains Paper-I of the examination will be objective, whereas Paper-II will be descriptive.

IARI Assistant 2022 : Exam Pattern (Skill Test)
The Computer Proficiency Test, also known as the CPT, will be conducted, and it will consist of the following three modules:
(i) Word Processing,
(ii) SpreadSheet, and
(iii) Generation of Slides.
15 minutes will be allotted for the completion of each individual module. The delivery of each of these modules will occur in sequential order.
