The MMRCL Selection Process 2022-23 consists of the following steps:

Candidates who apply for the advertised positions will be contacted for a personal interview. MMRCL retains the right to select candidates for personal interviews. Candidates will be chosen for interviews based on their qualifications and experience in the relevant field. The candidate may be asked to submit any additional documents requested by the scrutiny committee, and he or she must comply. Selection criteria are relaxable at the discretion of the committee for deserving candidates with very strong backgrounds.
