UPPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2022-23 : Age Limit
According to the relevant service Rules and requirements, a candidate for direct recruitment into the service needs to be at least 22 years old and can’t be older than 35 years old on the first day of July of the year that immediately follows the one in which they apply, which is 2023. This date is 01.07.2023. They cannot have been born after the first of July 2001, and neither can they have been born before the second of July 1988.
A Bachelor of Laws degree from a university that was founded by law in the state of Uttar Pradesh or from any other university in India that has been recognised for this purpose by the Governor is required. Or
Must be an Advocate who is enrolled in accordance with the provisions of the Advocate Act 1961, or a Barrister of England or Northern Ireland, or a Member of the Faculty of Advocates in Scotland, and has the right to practise in the Court or Courts subordinate thereto; Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
Required to have an in-depth knowledge of Hindi written in the Devanagari script.
