Chilli Garlic Tofu: Make This Protein-Rich Breakfast at Home

Start with cornflour and tofu. Mix them with salt. Add water to make batter. After, add tofu cubes and soak for 2 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan on medium. Remove the tofu from the batter and deep fry it in the oil.Mix tomato sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, and chilli sauce in a bowl and set aside.

Add chopped garlic, capsicum, and onion to the heated pan until translucent. Add tomato sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, and chilli sauce to the pan afterward.

1–2 minutes. Stir in 2–3 tablespoons of cornflour and water to boil the mixture. 

Heat the fried tofu for 3–4 minutes in the mixture. 

Add black pepper. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves. Voila! Chilli Garlic Tofu is ready.
