Matar Rava Idli Recipe for Breakfast

Add 1/4 cup water to green chillies, ginger, and green peas and grind to a paste.

Combine semolina, curd, and salt. Add ground green pea paste and mix. For 10-15 minutes, let the semolina absorb the liquids.

Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, and fry urad dal until golden. Add curry leaves after turning off the stove

Once the leaves are crispy, add this mixture and the oil to the set-aside green peas rava mixture and stir. If it's too thick, add 1 tbsp water and stir.

Grease the idli moulds and put the steamer with water on the stove. Add Eno salt/baking soda and stir. 

Pour this mixture into greased moulds and steam for 10-12 minutes until a fork inserted in the centre comes out clean.
