The NFL fired a coach for an "incident" that happened in Mexico City

An NFL assistant coach was fired because of a reported "incident" that happened over the weekend in Mexico City.

Kliff Kingsbury said Tuesday afternoon that the Arizona Cardinals and offensive line coach Sean Kugler are no longer working together.

Kugler didn't even get to see his players and the rest of the Arizona coaching staff on Monday night.

It's hard to say what "happened" in Mexico City. But it's clear that it was bad enough that Kugler lost his job.

We relieved him of his duties, and he was sent home Monday morning before the game

On top of everything else, the Cardinals were blown out by the San Francisco 49ers in a 38-10 blowout on Monday night.
