Three Thanksgiving games, five winning teams

Thanksgiving games include an appetiser, entrée, and dessert. If the season ended today, five of the six teams playing Thursday would make the playoffs.

Only the Detroit Lions are currently in action. As usual, they play the Buffalo Bills first.

The Dallas Cowboys host the New York Giants, and the Minnesota Vikings play the New England Patriots.

Head coach Dan Campbell has the Lions heading in the right direction after an upset win against the Giants.

The Lions have scored 27 points in three of the last four games. Jamaal Williams has 12 rushing touchdowns.

The Cowboys have the tiebreaker thanks to their Week 3 win in New York.
